Serving Meals—Please plan to set aside 2 hours if you are volunteering to serve a meal. Responsibilities include setup, serving meal, and cleanup after the meal.
Gifts—Please refrain from giving gifts during the weekend. We should be mindful of those who might not receive a gift and wait until the weekend is over to give those out.
Hanging out– Allow the candidates to experience a wonderful, positive experience the way is was designed — without interruptions. Enter through the doors located in the gym.
